Annie Pearl, VP of Growth & Ecosystems at Microsoft, is responsible for helping current and future customers discover and engage with AI capabilities on Microsoft’s Cloud. Her teams manage several products to help Startups, Students, and Developers successfully build and grow AI-driven solutions including Microsoft for Startups, Student Hub, and the Microsoft Learn Platform. Prior to Microsoft, Annie spent nearly 15 years in various product leadership roles at startups and enterprises within the tech industry, including as Chief Product Officer at Calendly and Chief Product Officer at Glassdoor. During her tenure, Calendly experienced significant growth and became one of the most widely used scheduling tools in the market used by over 20 million+ customers around the globe. At Glassdoor, she was responsible for the product vision and strategy of Glassdoor’s global marketplace representing ~65M unique job seeker visitors each month and 195,000 employers. Prior to Glassdoor, Annie led Enterprise product teams at Box, both before and after its 2015 IPO. Early in her career, she was the VP of Product and a member of the founding team at Xpert Financial, an early-stage financial services startup. Annie started her career as a lawyer and held roles in management consulting before transitioning to the tech industry. She is currently a Board Member at WorkRamp and Artera.io, and holds several advisory roles across the industry.
