Why Dahlia?
Empowering the Untapped Latino Tech Market
Dahlia VC is driven by a powerful mission: to leverage a data-driven approach in providing tailored capital solutions for the untapped Latino tech market. We blaze new trails without asking for permission and embrace the future because we are actively building it. We believe that everyone, irrespective of where they were born, who they were born to, or how they identify, deserves equal access and opportunity to enjoy the highest quality of life – to live with dignity and freedom.
Our Vision
As investors, we see an enormous opportunity to invest in an area that the U.S. venture market continues to overlook – the U.S. Latino population. Today, U.S. Latinos are one in every five Americans wielding $660 billion of economic and purchasing power¹. By 2060, Latinos will represent one-fourth of the U.S. population¹; a growth segment for tech companies, selling into this population remains largely unexplored. Despite this potential, selling to this population remains largely unexplored. Latino tech founders consistently outshine their counterparts through the $1M ARR mark, demonstrating remarkable success despite receiving 2% of all venture capital investment².
Our Investment Focus
At Dahlia VC, we invest in early-stage b2b SaaS and marketplace companies whose growth is dependent on the prosperity of Latino populations. We invest in founders who are best positioned to leverage this market opportunity – those with lived experience. Our focus on these verticals is driven by their potential to unlock significant economic value, aligning with the deep expertise of our managing partner and investment team.

dahl·ia
The dahlia is a resilient and versatile flower, symbolizing commitment and dedication, known to withstand conditions most flowers cannot. Cherished by Aztecs for medicinal uses, adopted by Europeans in place of insulin, and immortalized by Monet in art, this edible bloom is Mexico's national flower and has inspired people across continents, cultures, and generations.
And these are the founders we are looking for - those whose resilience, determination, and commitment enable their success, and their companies’ scale.
